 I don't really care what the "official" snow totals are for an area. They're usually taken at airports, and I don't live at an airport.  The 21" from 2/6/10 plus the 18" this time, plus the 15" from the December storm (12/23/09?) makes this the snowiest winter of my lifetime.  We still have the rest of February and all of March before the snow threat abates, so we can only hope this is it for the year.
